The term "World Youth Day" is meant to bring the youth together, in order to celebrate the great fruits of the Catholic Church. The youth have traveled for 26 years now, just hearing the call of the Pope to come and experience a day of love, compassion and solidarity with our Lord, Jesus Christ.
In about two years, we will see you in Rio de Janeiro. A great experience for all people, as we come together as one. Let us remember to continue to bring the Gospel to all parts of the world, even where Catholicism is persecuted against. Let us not be afraid, as Jesus has instructed us to go to all the ends of the earth.
Follow the Apostles' example, and continue to spread the Gospel throughout the world. We'll see you in Rio de Janeiro in 2013, but stay tuned for some great posts and information regarding the event.
